A site that can help if you are struggling with anxiety/anxiousness, depression, or want to find ways to help your friends/whanau. It gives you links to resources that can help, or just advice if you feel lost on what to do.

Skylight’s website provides resources and support for people of all ages going through a tough life situation. Skylight specialises in grief, loss and trauma. 

A website dedicated to youth wellbeing. There’s an online web chat if you’re in need of help and access to counselling, mentoring, youth health services and advice hubs. 

This is a confidential helpline for the LGBTIQ+ community and which welcomes calls on topics around sexuality, gender identity and diverse sex characteristics.
