About us
YOUR ACADEMIC CAPTAINS
Kia ora koutou, we are your Academic Captains for 2024! We have four main goals this year:
Make sure the study site is constantly improving to incorporate new resources relevant to all subjects
Improve/change the progress bar for juniors
Provide a platform where you can thrive academically
Incorporate more student voice in our actions
This website is just one of the many ways that we can achieve those goals by supporting you in assessment season. We wish you the best in your studies!

YOUR ACADEMIC COUNCIL
Your Academic Council helps your Academic Captains to promote academic well-being at our kura. They do this by suggesting ideas, providing key skills for projects (like website design), and showing your Academic Captains what impact their projects will have on Kāpiti College.
The 2024 Academic Council meets Tuesdays at interval in E7. New members are very welcome! Pop in or email one of your Academic Captains to join.

About this website
This website was a collaboration between past Academic Councils, led by their Academic Captains. We developed this website because one of our goals is to create a supportive academic environment in our school - particularly during assessment season.
This website provides resources to help you study for your assessments. We hope that it supports your studies and brings you one step closer to achieving your best! (We also hope that it lowers your stress coming into exam season, but hey, our abilities have limits.)
ABOUT THE LOGO
The website's logo was very kindly designed by Adrien Holtzhausen. You can interpret the logo as showing that excellence and hard work are intertwined and inseparable. So work hard, people! It's worth it.
